1. Registration and conclusion of contract:
By clicking the button "book now" a binding registration for the above mentioned event is declared. The organizer is IceWisdom Germany GmbH. You will promptly receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Registrations and seat reservations will be accepted in the order in which payment is received.
Accommodation must be booked by the participants themselves. It is not included in the seminar price and is not offered by the venue.

2. Payment:
The participation fee is to be transferred - after confirmation of the registration - to the account of the organizer. The bank details will be sent in the confirmation email.

3. Liability:
In any case the participants are responsible for themselves and their health. The organizer as well as the seminar management do not take over any liability for damages to persons and things.

4. Right of withdrawal:
In case of cancellation by the participant up to 14 days before the start of the seminar, the entire seminar fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of € 30. After that date, the entire course fee will be due, unless a substitute participant can be found. If participants are prevented from attending the seminar, they must inform the organizer immediately. We recommend the conclusion of a seminar cancellation & interruption insurance.

5. Cancellation by the organizer:
In case that the seminar is cancelled by the organizer IceWisdom Germany GmbH, the participants cannot claim any financial compensation from the organizer. Seminar fees already paid will be refunded in full. The participants will be informed of the cancellation by email or telephone.
