The Sweat Lodge has many layers and energy to it. It is to cleanse yourself physically and spiritually.
The Sweat Lodge represents the Womb of Mother Earth.
There you go home to the Womb of Mother Earth and cleanse yourself so you can walk tall and powerful. In the Sweat Lodge you come home to yourself. When you leave the Lodge, you have cleansed your body and your spirit, you are born anew. You walk tall and powerful as you were meant to be for times and times to come.
In the Sweat Lodge you do not speak to the others and the others will not comment on what you say. They will honor you in silence. They are quiet while you speak to your Creator. You may also speak to The Creator in silence. The Old Ones say, “The Creator is so big, He can take anything you and I say to him – anything.”
You can participate in the Ceremony of the Sweat Lodge by being inside the lodge or being in Ceremony outside. It is a powerful experience either way.

We will greet each other and Uncle will talk to us about the spiritual significance of the Ceremony of the Sweat Lodge and Melting the Ice in
our Hearts. When we are finished at the Meeting Room we will go to:
14682 Triple Eagle Court, Fort Myers.
There we will create the Sweat Lodge together in ceremony.
