Saturday after a light lunch we will experience the teaching and the ceremony of the Sweat Lodge.
The Sweat Lodge has many layers and energy to it. It is to cleanse yourself physically and spiritually. Symbolically, in the sweatlodge, you go home to the womb of Mother Earth and cleanse yourself so you can walk tall and powerful.
In the Sweat Lodge you may laugh, cry, express your emotions or you may be in silence with yourself. It is a place for prayer, for communication with your Creator.
You can participate in the Ceremony of the Sweat Lodge by being inside the lodge or being in Ceremony outside. It is a powerful experience either way.
