Angaangaq guides us through one of the most sacred and significant ceremonies of indigenous people in America, Greenland and Siberia, the sweatlodge. The sweatlodge represents the womb of mother Earth, there you can be who you are. In the sweatlodge body, mind and spirit are cleansed at the same time. We are sitting in a circle, however alone, supported by the others presence, talking with the creator.
The sweatlodge contains four rounds and you are free to leave at any time and come back in the next round. You can also stay outside the lodge, still you will be in connection and be part of the ceremony. The ceremony is conducted by Angaangaq with support of experienced assistances.
Angaangaq is a Kalaallit-Eskimo Elder from West-Greenland and carries the titel “Angakkorsuaq” which means Great Shaman. He’s a healer, storyteller, carrier of the Qilaut (winddrum) and caretaker of wisdom from one site of the World to the other side of the World. Angaangaq brings us to our most important and most far journey, the journey from our mind to our heart.
„The Sweatlodge is the most sacred place I can enter. It is the womb of mother Earth, a place for an intimate talk with the creator.“ Angaangaq
