When you become aware of that, you arrive Home to yourself and your life becomes a living ceremony.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Sweatlodge is one of the most important and sacred ceremonies of the Native American Indians and the Eskimos.<\/p>\n<p>The Sweat Lodge has many layers of energy to it. It is a ceremony to cleanse yourself physically and spiritually. It is a place for prayer, for communication with your Creator.<\/p>\n<p>You can participate in the Ceremony of the Sweat Lodge by being inside the lodge or being in silent Ceremony outside. It is a powerful experience either way.
