Angaangaq’s Grandmother said that you and me are vulnerable, as brittle as a strain of grass. Your body does not need much to lose balance. And so it is for your mind and your spirit. But when you weave your mind, spirit and body together, you will become strong and powerful. Then you will find balance and your incredible beauty will start to open up. You will be able to live your life like a dance and you will dance your dance of life.
